It was a real toss up trying to decide which Gummi Bear to draw for this strip. As a kid I always loved Cubbi Gummy so that was my first inclination. But after re-watching the show it had to be either Zummi Gummy voiced by the great Paul Winchell (more well known as the voice of Tigger) or Tummi Gummi voiced by the infamous Lorenzo Music (The voice of Garfield). So that was my decision, Tigger or Garfield?

Needless to say the fat cat won. It also didn’t hurt that Jim Davis is one of my artistic heroes.

Also a little disclaimer out there… I wouldn’t recommend trying to brew your own Gummi Berry juice. Just do what I did as a kid, chug some grape Kool-Aid and pretend… hell mix that with a little vodka and a Red Bull and  it might as well BE Gummi Berry Juice… In fact… I have a science experiment to conduct.
